    yeah you gouged out quite a chuck there ...the silver lining if there is one it will heal and add some rustic character to your looks

    I had a similar flap, but not as big. It is barely noticeable now.

    Why couldn't I have shaved off that thick area under my lower lip? I've got plenty to spare there.

    I would suggest you explain that you saw a little old lady having her purse snatched, and you intervened, getting gouged by the guy's box cutter. If not for your lightning fast reflexes, he would've gotten your eye!

    YAY! I've never won anything before. If it wasn't for bad luck, I'd have no luck at all. It's scabbing over. I really filleted it. There's a crater there.
