I can get a bit messy, Mostly as face-lathering and sending a slash across the mirror.
Quite disappointing...."Don't be stubborn. You are missing out."
I rest my case.

For the most part neat, but ....
Tonight while my face was all lathered up I had to sneeze and peppermint lather went up my nose. That became messy really quick. Some people never go crazy. What truly horrible lives they must lead - Charles Bukowski

A trifle messy I'm afraid, the lather is neither confined to my person or indeed the bathroom.
I face lather, but wander out of the bathroom into the lounge to listen to the news on the TV whilst doing so.

Thanked: 6I try to be neat. But somehow always get lather on my brush handle, my scales and my hands. I keep a towel near by so I can keep wiping them down...another problem is I get the whole counter wet from the constant rinsing and floor at the foot of the sink gets wet also...

Thanked: 580Obie, I do believe as we start this journey it can be messy. As our skills improve and we find what works, neat and tidy has endless benefits as far as maintaining our kit for the next shave.

very neat and dry when it comes to handling my razor but not so much when face lathering. always end up with some on my chest and mirror and have even been known to show up at church with dry lather behind my ear.

Fairly neat. I always keep my hands lather free for safety reasons. I never really thought about it until now. Lol.
