    Unfortunately in Greece the rubber of these items has become very hard because are new old stock.
    Do you know if the Rubber of those in Spain is soft?

    Close, I use the leg of my boxers to dry my blade. I always keep the blade edge pointed away from all my pertinent parts!!!!

    A rubber cup! Who'd a thunk it. I use a moist hand towel. That cup is a great idea if the rubber is soft.

    Success! My shaving just got easier! Just take care to hold te blade flat as you wipe or the cup holder gets sliced up. But they're so cheap it won't be a hardship to replace.

    #2 with care followed by #1 with a dry thin towel. It keeps the water from getting into the pivot.
