In the 70's I was really interested in this type of thing - pyramid power and such. I remember reading in a magazine about a pyramid razor-blade sharpener, and I made one out of stiff paper. It didn't work.

There are some instructions about making one here.

    Hi there,
Thanks for the excellent advice! Matter of fact, I think you helped me out in another thread as well. So many helpful members we have in this forum........ it's kinda touching.
Ok then, so you like your bunny on the limp side ( I like your idea about how to 'relax' those little guys), and your preferred grip is by the ears. Good deal! I bet you won't find this kinda advice on any other shaving forum.
Now........just a few more dumb questions and that should do it. I feel embarrassed to even be asking this, but here goes: What exactly does the hanging hare test consist of when the test is a success? What are you looking for there.............what results?
Also, what part of the hare meets Mr Razor? Yeah.........where do you whack him? Or....does the test consist of only shaving the bunny first, before trying your own face? This way, I'd think the hare would be reusable. And finally, does PETA offer this information on their website?
Thanks once again for the helpful insight.
    Martin

Another question about this pyramid thing...

The blade must be facing north right?

What if you use a DE? Are you totally screwed?

My expectation is that the shave will degrade over the rest of the week and, if that happens, I will pull the plug on this experiment.
This reminds me of the time I intentionally shaved with a wire edge for over a week just to see what it was like. I got about 6 or 8 shaves in and realised I was being an idiot.
