I have 2 moles under my chin, about the where it turns to my neck. I just shave over them with a light touch. I put a minor scratch on one (it sticks out just a little farther than the other)when I first started. Since then I just shave right over it with no problem. You might just try light passes over it. I shave with then against the grain over both, with no problems now.

I used to have a couple big ones and a few small ones on my neck that would get nicked every once in a while.
When I was in my family physician's office for an unrelated issue, I expressed 'concern' about them, how they interfered with my shaving and wondered aloud if they could be malignant.
He returned with some liquid nitrogen for some of the smaller ones that didn't look out of the ordinary, and cut out the others right there in the office and sent them off as biopsies to make sure they hadn't turned malignant.
All it cost me was the copay of the initial visit and the followup. Now I'm mole-free.
It can't hurt to ask!

had them removed last winter..
was at my annual checkup and mentioned to the doc that I often nicked my moles ( I had 2, left cheek and above the right upper lip) they were forever getting cut as I say and bleeding for along time, a PITA
So he sent me off to a surgeon who took one visit to check it out and another to remove and another to remove the sutures.. all healed up can't even tell where they were
Should have done that a long time ago!
I think of them now as I run my razor over where they were..
