I wish MY grandfather had taught me how to shave with a straight. As it was, I found his (broken scales, damaged-blade) razor in his personal effects after he died. He'd gone to a DE years before, and then to cheap cartridge disposables for as long as I'd known him. I hadn't started shaving with a straight yet, but I knew a good find when I saw one. It went into my pocket back then and it's now stashed for when I have the time and resources for a good restore job.

But this makes me look forward to teaching my own sons and grandsons. Thanks.
