    Thanks Seraphim! I live in the corporate world, unfortunately, and your diagram is in our language. Since I teach Continuous Quality Improvement classes sometimes, I would like to make them more fun by using straight razor shaving as a process example, and your diagram to illustrate the process, with your permission? That will wake them up!
