Thread: How often do you shave?

I shave every day in the mornings with Str8. If I am running late then I will only do 2 passes and not try to get BBS. On rare occasion I will skip a Saturday or Sunday and then the next day I just make it a more leisurely shave taking more time.

What a change from a few months ago since I wore a beard for almost 20 years since I did not like shaving.

shave every 2 days. My beard is not so that every day I need a shave.
Sometimes when I have a lazy week then it happened that I shave every 3 days. Find a pause here to engage myself with the razor point.The preparation and brushing my face. then finally the real shaving is reached, a party every time.

Generally I do Sun, Tues & Thurs nights unless I have something going on then I'll throw an extra shave in. I generally look forward to the Sun shave most of all considering I go from a couple day's growth (which isn't really all that much) to being cleaned up and pretty D smooth

I love shaving, and I love the feel of a good shave, but I actually don't shave all that frequently. I usally wait till I have several razors to test shave, and I wait a few days in between shaves so my skin can fully recover (I have sensitive skin) in order to allow me to properly assess my razors. This may mean I only shave once or twice per week. I also find I shave less frequently in the winter, because even though a hot shower heats up the bathroom nicely, I need to get the steam out before I start, and by the time I'm done I'm usually starting to get cold.

I go every two days - if I get a good BBS, then it really carries over that next day. It also feels better to do 3 full passes every other day than 2 everyday - I must be a bit sensitive! My rotation is really small, so every two days cuts down on how often I have to have the razors honed.

every one and half days which means sometime in the morning sometime in the evening, i only shave if i have at least 40 minutes spare - an amount of time which is probably related to me being relatively inexperienced. i love straight razor shaving.

I tend to go every other day. I was doing it everyday with the straight razor but i need to get a better one before i can do that again tho. I find that my face needs a day to rest.
With my DE i could go every day tho.

With the straight razor i try to shave when i have some free time. I enjoy it and hate rushing. With the DE tho, its like the mac 3's and such like. I can have a shave in 5 and be done.

I have to shave every day. However, I shave after my morning workout outside because having your face freshly scraped in subzero temperatures isn't comfortable.

I love to every other day but it never happens.
