Thanked: 1For the guys that shave every day. Is it atg? Tried that for a week and it was horrid It was torture and my skin needed a full week to recover. Before tag I was going every two days, and got cocky because I was getting insanely good atg bbs shaves. I dove into everyday and had razor burn cuts ingrown hairs the sole gambit. After a week and tons of lotion I'm able to shave and had an amazing atg bbs shave. I can pull off shaving everyday but only wtg and xtg. I haven't seen anyone explicitly say everyday xtg or everyday with or everyday atg

I work out of my studio behind the house. I don't see clients all that often. However I shave every morning, 7 days a week. I get up early so to do. It relaxes me and sets me in a good mood.
At some point I'll post pictures of our upstairs bathroom known as The Barbershop, or "Shavetorium."

I shave every day.
Reason number one, if I don't shave every day on work-days, I look pretty bad. Heck, the first eight weeks of straight shaving I looked bad after I shaved.
So that leads into reason number two: I need the practice.
Reason number three, which probably should have been listed first, is I love to shave now. I look forward to it.
I don't shave three passes every day. In fact, it's on the weekends when I spend the most time shaving because I have the time. I really work at my technique then and it pays off the next week. Most week-days I'll do one pass, maybe two, and a clean-up. I'm sure as I get better and more proficient my habits may change, but I don't see myself shaving less than six days a week unless something comes up.

I'm an every other day guy. I could shave everyday but in the type of work that I'm in it really isn't needed. I started straight razor shaving about 2 years ago but most of the time I don't have the time that I should give it. Hence I have now for the most part moved to DE shaving. With most of my shaves I aim for DFS rather then the BBS. sometimes I shave everyday just so I can play with the gear more often.
