Shower to balm is around 45 minutes. It's one of the high points of my day and I see no need to rush it.

If I'm rushing a bit, maybe 15 mins, but I prefer to take my time and really enjoy it!

If I do that, maybe half an hour.

30~ minuets if I do two passes, 10~ if I only do one pass. It takes a while but it's worth it!

15 minutes for the whole routine - not sure about the actual shaving bit.

i.e. From putting cup in sink with brush and (cold) water, pre-shave stropping, lathering, shaving, rinsing face and blade, stropping, cleaning up, razor away, brush and cup away... 15 minutes.

Could probably do it quicker if I wanted, but I like to start my day at a leisurely pace.

    All the best,
    Michael.

Currently 30+ minutes. But only because I'm relatively new at doing 3 passes so I go really slow when I go ATG. But to be honest I really don't rush the other two passes, I enjoy the straight shave process too much. If I'm running late and need a fast shave I have to dig out my old DE setup.

From stepping out of the shower to cleaning up my gear is around 25-35 minutes, including stopping to sip some coffee between passes. I choose to take this long because it's a relaxing way to start my day instead of hectically scrambling to get out of the house. That being said, if I've overslept I can get a DFS in about 10 minutes. When I have the time (esp weekends) I love to stretch it out closer to 45 minutes.

    Gentlemen:

Including the shower and the final cleanup — since my mama told me to be a good boy and always cleanup after myself — my morning shaving ritual covers an hour of sheer pleasure.

    Regards,

    Obie
