About 4 to 6 weeks. Lost track of time there. Started back wet-shaving in August, straight razor's been on my list of things to do for a LONG time. Actually got a BBS last week. I have good days and not so good days, but for the most part I like the SR shave ritual and results a lot.

About a month with very good results, especially after realizing how a respectable lather is prepared. Oh and since I missed out on the "how old are you" thread..27.

Bout a month and a half with the straight, was wet shaving since early summer and September is when I got my first DE.... Now that I am getting consistent shaves from my Straight's my poor DE just sits all lonely until I need to trim my backburns (Not quite comfortable using the SR to do the back of my neck....)

Jeez-you had to ask....After doing the math, its been thirty-six years,Ive always had a moustash, and used a straight or shavette, sometimes with a DE so I've always at least used them in combinations, but not untill now did I feel so old.
