It really depends how you are doing. If you can get all areas of your face with one hand equally well and you are happy then don't worry about it.

Speaking from personal experience even though I started with my left hand only and was able to get everything once I became capable with both hands I realized it was even easier using two hands.

So in the end it's a decision you have to make.
