Thanked: 0I'm disabled so I actually do everything one handed. I've spent my whole life teaching myself how to do things one handed, and many times people have said to me "oh you can't do that one handed" then I prove that I can.

Thanked: 154I have always shaved by holding the razor only with my right hand. Like gssixgun, I would not feel very confident holding a sharp object to my face with my non-dominant hand.

I shave with my left.... as others have said i would not trust my other hand... my right hand has a mind of its own and i would almost certainly cause myself to habe a big gash on my face.
Just thinking about using my right hand sends shivers throughout my body

I am also disabled and cannot reach my face with the left hand so shave with right hand and cannot stretch. Face contortions help with stretching though...

I shave with both left and right hands and use both together for the "Fool's Pass". I think it makes me less of a fool.

Thanked: 26Left (dominant) hand only. Sometimes I use both, one to pull, one to turn, which works great on the front of my chin. I do change my grip a lot, though.

I can shave with one hand but prefer to use both,
I am ambidextrous in the almost true sense of the word (I do not do cursive well with my left).
I find that I get a closer shave and less irritation with my non dominant side.
I attribute this to less pressure more so than technique as I am still right side dominant by preference for most daily tasks.
