    Thanks

The 1918 is electro etched just like the original engraving of the beaver and is on all 3. The positioning is exactly the same on all 3 leading me to believe that the date was etched at the same time as the Beaver and Canada.

    BTW, how do they shave?

I have 11 razors in total and only use 2 and have never used these ones......yet.

    Hi Rob

Yea, the the 1918 appears to be etched the same way but it is done in a more sloppy manner than the rest. I still think that was an add on at a later date because of that.

My M&D razor shaves as well as any other SR that has been given a good honing. No magic to them that way just good shavers if the rest are like this one.

Put an edge on one and have a go with it. Nothing like shaving with a piece that has a Canadian connection if you are a Canuck, EH.

Be careful how you treat people on your way up, you may meet them again on your way back down.

Thanks and yes it was. Just getting it tuned up for my Nov 11th Remembrance Day shave. I thought using it would be pretty fitting under the circumstances.
