    The tusk is a museum Quality pce because of the size and the huge curve,you collect this stuff,you do not cut it up.

    it seems good to me, feels decently weighty, the flaps seem to close securely and the black and chrome finish is nice, i am not sure if there is some plastic in the construction, i will have another look tonight.
    compared to the little 3 piece travel razor i have it is far and away better. i bought it based on an article i read that said that if you can pick one up, they are a good razor, and for $17 or so delivered i am not complaining.
    i just searched "feather popular razor" on ebay and they came up.

    My second straight razor from the classifieds to use as a second blade, use for honing, and try a different grind. Also have G12 scuttle from Georgetown Pottery. Currently, I'musing my shaving cup sitting in the sink with hot water during shaving, and would constantly have to take it out to rinse my razor under water, and replace. Hoping this will keep the lather warmer.

    They do not get much bigger today,at least whats on the market,Thats a Madrone burl
