Did you get the mild or medium? I had the mild and traded up. Its a nice razor. The way you shave with it reminds me of the Schick injectors.

My first coti. A small stone at 150x40 or 6'x1.5'. Did heaps of reading and watched lotsa honing vids then honed on it yesterday and was left scratching my head. :thinking:
Another learning curve. Another rabbit hole.:D
I'm sure you have already looked into this method, but just in case.
I also find that coticule edges need a lot of strop after honing, like 60 cotton and 100 leather, they go from ok to sharp on the strop.
