    Just won a mixed, rusted lot on eBay, with this one "buried" in the listing - excited to get it on thursday and see just exactly what he is. I have my theory.

    A Shumate's VANADIUM For Barbers straight razor. Today, earlier this morning I missed out on a pair of Brooks & Crooks straights because my Macbook was down & they went for under $50!!! I'm so disappointed.................

    Know what you mean, missed out on a blade I was bidding on today...was in a conference call, blink, get a message, "Sorry you missed out on..."....ARGHHH!!!!

    And the blade went for a lot less than I thought....looked like an old Rattler grind...a lancet I believe...

    This was a pair of Brooks & Crooks in a case!!! I'm still sick over it! They went for $49.60!!!

    Think I saw the one's you're talking about...that's an incredible price, someone is one happy camper.

    I guess I'll just have to settle for this Palmera #14 I picked up for $61.00, looks a little beat up, but finally captured one of these mythical beasts....so this is in the mail.

    You did pretty good on that one Andrew. Yeah, someones a happy camper but not me. I had gotten a bug in my Macbook yesterday when I was out & it wasn't working right or I wouldn't have missed out! I called Apple & got the bug out for no cost. The ones i missed were item number 361095050564.
