Cool. I picked up six 6'' sewn cloth wheels off the bay awhile back. I have a polisher out in my garage. I'm waiting on six different greaseless compounds. I need to find some 4" wheels but that will be sometime in the future I hope.
    Bruno is a great guy!

Hey Engine, looking forward to seeing a pic of your buffer set-up
I've thought about getting some 4" wheels and would be interested in your opinion.

It's just a cheap Harbor Freight buffer but it is on a pedestal stand & has the extended shafts. Maybe one of these days I'll be able to build a nicer one but for now I think this will do the job! I also have another idea but it isn't worth mentioning unless it works out. I think Harbor Freight offers two different models but I think I bought the better of the two. I ordered some greaseless compounds from here:

    Greaseless Compound Kit - 1 Each 600, 400, 240, 180, 120, 80 Grit Bars - Standard Buffing Compounds - Polishing - Caswell Inc

Proraso Sandalwood pre-shave. Can't wait to try it. I hope this means a corresponding after-shave is a possibility in the near future.

Love my German razors so I threw in an offer on this matched set of Royal Palmer's.
So they are enroute and will be made into a weekend warrior set. Don't look to bad a shape.

I have never seen that one - I like the White pre-shave, still a tad menthol ridden for my liking, but Sandalwood Proraso pre-shave - going to have to head to Shoppers - they usually carry this stuff - thanks!

Having a bit of a cream frenzy (again). Ordered Simpsons café latte (with free sample of their citrus burst) and some samples of Cyril R Salter's French Vetiver and sublime citrus, and some Meissner Tremonia's Pink Grapefruit and Strong n Scottish.
