Unless a maker's mark is present, we may never know the actual maker. Indeed, many such razors were made by individuals working 'on the side' as renting spots from larger concerns.

Good-looking ivory-shod blades! Yes, the cracked scale may be replaced.......Perhaps!

Give a close-up of one of the tangs. An address will sometimes help. Anything on the backside tang?
I will ask the seller for a close up of the tang. All of the images posed were the ones that came with the listing.

    Thanks

The razors are stamped Lord Street in Liverpool. There are a couple hits, one from 1870 (and a further listing from 1875 at the same address):

Pigot's 1837 directory has this listing:

But your razors look to be later than that.

Those have a really pretty grind. It's well worth asking someone like mycarver what an overhaul would run. He's really experienced with ivory and it is delicate stuff.

No doubt mycarver is expert in restoring, particularly with his ivory work. OTOH ....... if that were my set ...... a tube of semichrome, a box of Q-tips, maybe some dental floss to get around the pivot area, and roll of paper towels would be as far as I'd go. Beautiful grind on those. I really like the spines.
Be careful how you treat people on your way up, you may meet them again on your way back down.

Not sure what I will do with them at this point but getting an estimate to restore all of them couldn't hurt. I think it might be a worth wild investment.
