    Default A nice surprise!

I bid on a razor on the bay. Very bad picture but i could tell no damage to the blade. I was also thinking it was a large blade and i could not tell how the scales were. Well i was very surprised to see this when i opened it. A little over 6/8

Very cool! I like the look of both the blade and the scales.

Not that it matters what I think, but I can't help to chime in and say that's one beautiful razor. I'd probably hang that over some doorway for everyone to admire instead of using it. Very nice find.

Thank you. I would love to do some type of display but would worry about someone being tempted to touch it. Still wanting to build a cabinet with drawers to hold my razors.

Wow! How do those scales appear to be constructed?
