Very nice, a GP scuttle is still on my wishlist. I do hope you return the favor for your SWMBO.

    I already have. She's a keeper!

I definitely have a great woman. She puts up with a lot from me.

She's also backed down on me getting rid of some of my razors. I'm still going to thin the heard, but not for now. Amazing how some diamond earrings can change something.

That's a beautiful GP Scuttle. Congratulations.

I already own a GP Scuttle, but it looks nothing like that.

Anyway, I filled it up before my shower, then emptied it and filled it again while I was setting up and stropping my razor. The first lather was warm, but not as warm as I expected. The second pass was much warmer. I think I should have ran hot water over the entire outside before I filled it up, to help warm the outside as well. The third lather was the same as the second, nice and warm. I enjoyed it immensely. Also, the bumps definitely help in the lather department as well. I'm very, very happy with this gift!!
Might try a tea kettle..........You can get that little puppy as hot as you want on the stove then transfer to your scuttle..................

I've been getting a little excited with all the postings of the G20's on here and I've been showing my wife them. She just kept saying "We'll get it later on, after we come back from our trip." Our trip is in May, so I've been really gritting my teeth and holding on. I almost broke down when sleekandsmooth posted his pictures on the 24th. But my wife said, just wait and we'll get you one. I was thinking she was just trying to get me to forget about it. But she comes home today and says, "I have something for you." I open the bag and there sits a G20 in the colour I wanted!!!! I'm so happy, but so sad. I shaved this morning so I have to wait until tomorrow morning. LOL

    Very nice! love the color!.
I'm just days away from putting an in-sink-erator hot water tape in the bathroom sink, that should do the trick for getting HOT! water.

Just remember that the lather will go runny if you get it too hot.

You won't be upset. It's worth every penny. ;-)

I used Proraso in it one day and the combination of the hot lather, then the cool from the menthol and other ingredients, is really refreshing and comforting.
