That is a great looking set! It's in great condition. I thought I'd chime in because I shaved with my Rolls Razor just this morning for the first time and I was surprised at how well it shaved. It had been sitting in my drawer for a year and I never got around to trying it out. But after this morning's shave, I have to agree with the guys above--it's alot of fun and it works great. I just tried to keep the angle of the blade the same as what I would do for my straight razor and it shaved like a champ.

I have two rolls razors, here in the UK they are easy to find at carboot sales and people often then not give them away, I have found when using them to give a close shave and seem to have an elegance about them that is unique to the Rolls Razor, if I ever found myself in a situation where the collapse of society was imminant Id pack my SR and stop and my Rolls Razor.

Where else online will you find folks whose first thought at the impending collapse of society is of shaving gear?

Thanks for posting this and the other comments. I picked on up (not near as nice looking as this one) but have not cleaned it up. Mine did not come with the instructions - anyone have a link?
    Thanks

I'm a noob too , with this shaver. I know almost nothing about it. I have yet to use it. I will follow the directions, and probably only test the sides of my face for now.
