Thank you JimmyHAD.
While other forums do brisk business in hard & software, THIS site is about the process of shaving. To exclude or limit commerce puts this site closer to Consumer Reports than Sears Catalog. To deobfuscate is to convert something that is difficult to un͝d̡͝e҉͞r̴͝st̨̕a͘͢n̢̛d̕̕ ̧͝
into one that is simple, understandable and straightforward.

Thanked: 77Personally I feel that your best bet would be to create a new forum dedicated to the sale of such items. I also feel that it would take off quickly do to ebay sellers looking to avoid the sniping.

I could see the buyers trying to avoid sniping...but why sellers?

Because the whole purpose of sniping is to not give the other guy a chance to think and react...less income for the seller.
Having read the whole thread, I can offer my thoughts on the classifieds, having sold some items there. The requirement to have x posts in the last y weeks can be a problem. I understand why it exists but why can't it be changed to include members of a duration and a minimum number of posts. I have had times that I didn't have time or inclination to post regularly but would like to sell something and was not able. The easy road is rarely rewarding.

sniping happens in the last few seconds of an auction at the same time monkeys are frantically banging on their keys...how can anyone not like that?
