This reminds me of the time when someone posted a similar thread demanding we do something about the top banner ad which was displaying advertisements for uhm... adult content featuring only males. After explaining that we don't have an influence on ad content and that it was based on browsing behavior, the discussion fell dead.

Thats a good one Bruno. Lol.
Ive changed to firefox and havnt had it happen yet. Now if i can find the adware turn off button just to be safe. These computer type things are just one of my understanding. I do ok but when i got to play with settings and stuff, i really dont understand much of it. I'll find it.

I keep getting redirected from the initial screen for logging in to the infamous "Your iPad has been selected to get a free $1000 gift card". It occurs whhile typing in my user name, can't go back to previous page. Have to close the page and reopen it. Usually I'm the lucky user chosen again for at least 4 attempts to log in. It has xaused me to just say "to hell with it" a couple of times and just leave. It took 3 trys to log in tonight. It's really getting to be a hassle.

I use Safari on my iPad.

I can only think of clearing all internet browsing & cache's; then using your antivirus on your iPad to sweep your iPad.
I would then go back online & load or use Chrome,, then sign onto SRP. I log onto SRP all the time from Chrome with no problems, using the full sight, not the Tapa-Talk.
    See if this helps.

I've cleared the cache, the history, unfortunately, there is no AV for the iPad. I only get this redirect when I load SRP, no other page I load has ever done this on my mobile. I've been using Safari mostly on my iPad because Chrome is really hinky on IOS 9 on the iPad. I have run into this on my Windows based system and what you suggest works there.

Sorry, I don't know what else to say. Maybe Bruno will spot this later tomorrow & have some better advice.

Here is the url that I keep getting redirected to on Safari ( removed the http)

Thanks for checking on this, I didn't expect you to be able to correct it I just wanted to be sure you were aware of it.

I just killed the URL for safety reasons here. Leave it as is, until Bruno wakes up later tomorrow, then you can give a location without an active link.

New to SRP but I have not had any changes to my android phone or computers where I browse.
