As I said, I finally switched to Chrome. No problems with it. For SRP, Safari is no longer usable by me. What you describe is exactly what it was doing to me. It would take three, four, sometimes five cycles of closing the browser. No other sites, just SRP.

To all of those also experiencing this: I have a request.

What sites do you have in your list of exceptions to allow Pop-ups?

Is SRP one of them? The only one?

I actually don't have pop-ups shut off on anything. Safari has been quite good at not letting them through on my Mac or iPhone

I'm using an old iPad 2 running iOS 9. No seperate pop-up blocker, just the "block pop-ups" in settings turned on. SRP is still the only site with problems. As Deiseld said Safari has been very good stopping this sort of thing for the past 7 years.

None now. Was having the same issue as Texstar.
