    Default finaly got my MDC

Well I have it! it really is some nice soap/cream problem im having is SWMBO stuck her finger in it and has come to the conclusion she must have it for her own shaving rituals couldn't believe the the feel or the smell was for a lowly male just to scrape our faces with I may have to get another jar tc the soap side of this is just as fun as the razors!

It's one of my favorite soaps. It makes a magnificent lather, but after shaving leaves my face feeling like a million bucks!

It's definitely one to have in every man's (woman's) den.
The lather is indeed magnificent, very versatile (can be used in any season IMHO) and gives the most moisturising shave possible.

Good stuff! Which did you get - original, unscented, or fougère?

The good thing with MDC is that a little goes a long way so theres plenty to go around. The stuff lasts forever

Fougere....(Fern).....Has a kind of green woodsy scent. Don't know how else to describe it, but it's my favorite of the two scented MdC's. Both MdC's, too me, are a mild scent and both are pleasant.

Straight from Martin de Candre (France. Google should translate the page for you, but there's an "En"(glish) button at the top of the page if you need it. Shipping is $25 so some folks order 2 or 3 items to fill up the package.)

Or, you could call Old Town Shaving (626.823.4024) in Los Angeles. They don't have a website, but a lot of guys on the shave forums have posted about being very happy ordering from them (or buying in their LA store)... and I believe they carry MdC.
