hmmmmm, a few complaints scattered over time might not get their attention. But, a link to this thread will get a lot of attention. Users actually throwing their product in the trash will get attention especially if upper management reads these horrendous reviews.

Who would buy a Trumper's soap after perusing this thread? Of course, the real intent would be to get their old formula back into production. I do not why they changed the product but these comments should be a real incentive to review their reasoning and intent.

I will save the wooden bowl for a product from a different company.
