Default Whats your go to workday soap or cream?

I have found myself a lot lately going for a couple creams every shave. Neglecting the rest of the collection. I have some high end stuff an use it on occasion, but as of late I find myself grabbing these...

    Maggards (FS, Limes an Berg)
    Razorock (mudder focker, Don marco)
    Taylor (eton college, St james)

That seems like a decent rotation but its just a small portion of the collection. All of these perform fantastic IMO an come in a basement prices for the most part. So it got me thinking, if I pick these cheaper creams an soaps over the more expensive stuff what does everyone else use. Now you retired guys don't have a "workday" soap but still your go to everyday one.

Castle Forbes Lime. Great stuff. There is an A/S Balm to go with it albeit a bit salty. Why they put salt in shave stuff is beyond me............

Another fan Castle Forbes Lime here. It is my most used cream by far.

Based on the stock depletion, the most used cream in the last 5 years would be Proraso. I have now just unboxed the second tube I bought in 2009. The second most used cream would be either Palmolive or Tabac. The most used soap in the last 5 years would be Tabac, but Monsavon could become a contender for the workday soap.

I've come to like Queen Charlotte Celestial Woods or their cayman (very similar to bay rum) scents. I think it is because I like the tallow base.

,, I use a couple most of the time MDC , and Castle Forbes Lavender, every now and then I get out the Cella I have enough soaps and creams to go a few years but this is what I use 90 % of the time I know a lot of the ones I have are good ,, I guess I just really like the feel of those two after I,m done shaving tc

The dreaded Arko. I have been using this stick for a while now and the scent has mellowed a lot. If I have to shave every it works best for me. Good glide, works up a lather fast and easy, rinses off to very little scent.

I've been strictly using Le Père Lucien for the past couple of weeks.
Great soap. I'm still not sure about the scent, but it's starting to grow on me.

RR Don Marco soap and aftershave are now my everyday choices for Summer.

    Cheers.
