    It is definitely NOT an oil. I use Village Barber pre-shave oil and this is a different consistency. It's too thick to pour it. It's a clear, viscous (thick) slick gel applied with fingertips and is easily absorbed into the skin. I have also heard CF is top notch but while ordering the Baum.Be cream I couldn't resist that cute little jar of gel. I'm glad I did.

    Used the Baum.Be this morning with a C-Mon Royal.

    One pass was all I needed for a good close shave.

    The Baume.be is definitely an excellent cream, as good as the balm IMO. Not too sure about the soap, though, as it's glycerin based.

    I just ordered baume.be from Smallflower.com. I think they have a few pucks left, or at least they did yesterday. Shipping is very reasonable as well. I've never ordered from them before, so we'll see how long it takes to get here.
