Although I'm a registered democrat, I don't vote party lines. I'm tired of democrats with their stoopid bills "protecting the people from their selves"
What politicians need to be working on is for small businesses. pave the way for artisans to be able to go to market without fear of big government infringing on businesses thriving in this economy. Something must have happened where someone died as a result of a soap made by someone local I doubt it's "big soap" lining her pockets or maybe I'm wrong I don't know enough. Sigh.... I hate politics

Can you clarify "they did asbestos they could"? No, not a retired Chemical Engineer but I know a few. Why is it catchy?

...the news.
and Bob. It's just a force of habit when anyone complains about asbestos to say "They did asbestos they could". And no I asked if you were a chemical engineer mainly because you knew msds was changed to sds. As well as your opinions about ingredients and referencing msds- though I realize now, you're in Canada so MSDS wasn't a switch for you-- it's us that followed suit a couple years ago.
great. I explained 2 jokes, this will make them funnier. On a roll.Japanese-Whetstones and physics it's all just a sea of particles. "If I could remember the names of all these particles, I'd be a botanist." - Enrico Fermi

This only applies to companies with a profit of over $100,000. That eliminates most of the smaller artisan soap makers.

"She says the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act should be more progressive like laws in Europe - See more at: http://healthimpactnews.com/2015/fda-to-crack-down-on-home-based-soap-makers"
This quote is worrying. EU regulations are stifling and one reason Europe is recovering so slowly from the economic crisis.Plus ça change, plus c'est la même chose. Jean-Baptiste Alphonse Karr.

This discussion is actually quite hilarious.
It starts with Health Impact News, a site run by wingnuts for wingnuts. "Medical Kidnap", "Alternative Health", and "Vaccine Safety" - you can never be too sure with US nomenclature, but in my book, these people would qualify as left wing extremist eco freaks with the IQ of moulded whole grain bread (gluten free, fair trade, Товарищи).
Next, we go from health and safety straight into "fight big government", including an online petition.
Then, Comrade Kees here explains why Europe is struggling to recover from a crisis started first by lack of proper regulation in the US (aka "the mortgage crisis"), then worsened by lack of fiscal regulation and control in several southern EU countries (aka "debt crisis").
I wonder what's next. Here hare some suggestions:
- Stockpile assault rifles in case the government takes away your soap
- Buy yooooge amounts of Texas "artisan" soaps, just in case cyanide gets officially banned from soap making
- Relabel French artisan soaps to Freedom Soaps
That's just off the top of my head, but I'm sure that should there be demand, I can supply a few more helpful hints and tips.
PS YMMV
PPS Yes, irony.
