Default FDA to crack down on home- based soap makers.

FDA to Crack Down on Home-based Soap Makers

Interesting situation IMO. We can only hope that the "crack-down" will also apply to the big companies to make more people friendly products.

Thought I saw this is some of the Face Book groups earlier, but it seems to have been removed from them.

Does this mean we need to stock up on our favorite artisan soap?
Personally, I'm not a fan of Feinstein's ideas since they seem divorced from logic.

Introduced back in April by Senator Feinstein

Personally I have no trouble with tighter regulation of artisanal soap makers so long as that also applies to the big boys too.

I do find it very irritating that people feel free to grab an image off the net not of their own making and use it for their own needs. It is pretty simple, the photographer owns the copy right to the photo the minute it is taken and has control over who uses it and how it is used.

Senator Finestine, who steered billions in foreclosure contracts to her husband’s Real Estate Company? A massive re-distribution of wealth, to her pocket, no, that was just coincidental…

That she would do anything to harm small business? Naw, that’s not possible…

Do you think a statist like Feinstein cares about what is in the soap or cosmetics? The corporations that profit from these laws are always the "big boys" and they are the ones that instigated this. They are financially able to comply with the testing and red tape that goes along with these regulations. The small producers have much less volume and usually just stop making their product (or move underground) since they cannot absorb the additional expense. This is the standard way that the big boys take control in a system of "crony capitalism", "corporatism" or the original name of Fascism.

In a truly free market I can decide for myself whether to use a product or not. It is my responsibility to know what is best for my health, not a bureaucrat who knows nothing about me, my situation or the products that I use.

I am 100% certain. That the founding fathers never envisioned the government we have today. They would all curse us for squandering the gift they paid so dearly for. Freedom. Not too late to turn things around. Hopeful in 2016.
