Has anyone used L'Occitanne Cade soap? Got it for X-mas and find it to be a superb performer. Super easy to lather, slick shave and nice scent.

Yes, it's a good soap. Very hard, but lathers easily, but not as easily as Valobra hard soaps. It is an excellent buy at $12 for the refill puck.

Yes, got the hard puck and the cream in a jar. Both work very well for me.

Thank you for spiking my memory. Yes, that is a good soap, but I find it nothing spectacular. I'll include it in the Second Tier.

Super soap. Top tier for me. Cade scent also has an AS. Yes it is a hard soap, lasts forever.

Yeah, been using it almost exclusively since X-mas and I can still see the printing stamped on top!
Also got their Vetyver EDT and it is a nice, soft scent. Comes on strong when first put on but fades to a nice background scent quickly.
Have a store near me, I'll have to stop in and sample the Cade AS.

I understand Obie not putting it the top tier, but at least for straight shavers maybe the line is not so sharp.

Cade, PdP, SdBB (Volcans) are in a class of hard white soaps that produce a lower volume yet super slick lather that's very appealing. They very much lather like I Coloniali Mango but all with simpler French fragrances.
