I got the Mickey Lee samples from Maggards a few weeks ago. I've tried 4 of the Mickey Lee soaps so far and they are all very nice.

I was just noticing my serious lack of variety in the soap department.

I'm gonna go ahead and get myself some Grand Havanna.

Thanks! Ill let you know what i think.

Agree with the vote for LEA in puck form. I have been using they for the past 2 weeks. Awesome soap and the avg. price is $9 a puck. Love the scent and the AS is awesome too. Gives you that great alcohol kick but has a ton of glycerin in it so it almost fells like a balm after application. LEA knocked it out of the park on this one.

Obie, thank you for your recommendation, I ordered MdC and based on the some replies I've also ordered the WSP Rustic samples.
MdC arrived on Wednesday and I really like it. I do also like WSP products as well, their line offers very intriguing scents.
    Their customer service is spectacular.
    Much appreciated!
    Cheers.

Every wet shaver needs at least one puck of D.R. Harris. I can get a lather out of Windsor that rivals MdC any day of the week.

Good choice on the Martin de Candre. It's a superb soap.
    What is WSP?

For me, D.R. Harris is an exceptional soap. My favorite is Arlington, although I also have the Marlborough and the Windsor. Of course, I try not to compare D.R. Harris and Martin de Candre; rather, I take each for what it is. Good stuff.

All this D.R. Harris praise, Arlington especially, gonna have to pull out my recently acquired Arlington shave stick for tomorrow's shave. I've used it once. No problems with the shave and the scent is fab! Also, lately I've been getting reacquainted with Tabac soap and trying to figure out what keeps it from tier one for me. It certainly is a solid tier 2, price-point considered. But it feels like it lacks stellar cushion. And some may not like the scent especially after trying some soaps at a higher price point that have better quality scent oils.

I like Tabac its not in my regular rotation of soaps but it's nice soap, I usually overload my brush and the cushion is decent, glide is good, nice tier 2 to me

I was able to pick up a tub of Tabula Rasa recently. I was really hesitant, even skeptical about the qualities of the product. After using it a few times I have found that it works great. It might not be top tier, but it does not belong at the bottom either. Well, at least if I was going to make a list.
