Cream in a tube recommendations

Good Morning Gents,
I am putting together a small travel kit. In it are a an ancient DE travel razor from eBay, blades , and a small brush. What do you all recommend in the way of shave cream in a tube? Something that really creates a good lather. Jars of shave cream or soap pucks would obviously work, but I think that something in a tube would create less/no watery mess rattling around the old Dopp kit. Whattaya think?

Highly recommend Crabtree & Evelyn Indian Sandalwood shave cream. I have this in my rotation and it works really well. They also have Moroccan Myrrh and West Indian Lime scents also. They sell all these in 50 gram tubes (they do have larger if you want).

Same here for traveling, shave stick, so easy, Arko or La Toja good stuff!

I travel a great deal and have tried several combinations of creams, soaps, and shave sticks. What I have ended up with is a travel kit with a small synthetic brush and a tube of Saint James of London Cream. The SJOL cream is hard to beat for lathering, performance, no fuss consistent shave. Great product that is my "go to" travel cream.

I love squeeze tubes for traveling. I have tried many, and my favorite is Musgo real original. It has Lanolin for a fantastic post shave feel, great glide, great cushion, and a scent that's very different from the others, which IMO is fantastic.

My travel tube is Edwin Jagger in Sandalwood. Great scent, really slick, and is sized for travel.

All great ideas guys. Had not thought of shave sticks. Dumb question, but how do they work? . I had never heard of them until SRP. Do you daub some on your brush or apply it to your face, and then lather up with a brush?

There are a lot to choose from. Most of the European soaps are available in a cream, Tabac is always a good choice. There have been others from my favorite soap list mentioned already. LEA is another. Most of those also come as a stick. Perhaps you already have a fav that you just need to find in a cream? By your join date you may want to keep your soaps and creams on a short list, unless you are a more experienced shaver than your joint date, in which case disregard the last point.
