I've dug the WK King of Oud back out of my closet and falling in love with it all over again; giving samples away to friends too (so I have an excuse to order more of course!).

No, but I've heard about them; seems like Phrank has raved about them IIRC. So many soaps, so little time.

Hmmmmm, here we are again. After all the talk I’m tempted. The last time this happened it was Oleo soaps that were the rage. I used it twice and threw it out. But the oud sounds righ up my alley. I could get it free on Amazon with points. Hmmmm.

The first Oleo I got was the Rougere - it was, and still is love. The second Oleo I too used twice, and then gave it away.

I find the Oleo’s to be a sort of lighter version of the Wholly Kaw. Not a watered down version, just one that’s less in your face and not as thick. Thick enough though.

It’s just interesting using them back-to-back.

I wanted to like Oleo. They are in my backyard, local to me. But it was a lousy shave. The lather looked ok. Not awesome but ok. But the post was telling. It was not Clubman Friday after that. I try one new soap about once a year. I’m kind of due but might need more convincing.

If you do one soap a year, do something exotic:

Eh, is it better? The packaging is nice. But I find cheap ass Arko to beat the pants off of most soaps. So is it better than WK?

$63! Lol. No. I’m not taking a chance on that. I have no reason to think it’s better than my go to at a third of the price.
