    Default Creams and soaps samples

Thought I would re-post this as a thread starter so more people might get a chance to see it or take advantage of it.Got these samples for christmas from my daughter. She got them from another shaving forum called " The Shave Den".They have a store section and when you go to it,there's a section called samples. For about a buck apiece, you can choose from a large assortment of soaps and creams from lots of companies. They come in small plastic containers pre-labeled.A great way to sample without buying a large quantity.Soaps in black containers, creams in white. These aren't the only ones available, only the ones she picked.
I also got samples from"The Gentlemen's Quarter".Picked up some small bowls from the dollar store (3 for a buck)to use the soap samples in.Works for me and cheap.

Thanks! I just ordered a bunch to try out. I was especially interested in the Trumpers Coconut. Love the smell of coconut.

I'm new to straight razor shaving and using soaps, so this looks like a cool (cheap!) way to try some different things out!

    Cool!

Yay The Shave den! They're a great shop--they make some ecellent stuff, and they offer a really good selection of creams and soaps of all kinds.

Also, they have a great forum going--mostly dedicated to DE shaving, but lots of other good stuff.
