    You son of a...!

In all honesty, I do like the tallow soap but I do get good results with glycerin soaps too. Tabac is my favorite, and if it's because it's a tallow soap, then so be it. But I'm saying this Speick stuff is really worth writing home about. I just ordered a tube (and some AS too -- gotta slut it up in true form).

My bad. I was thinking of Czech and Speake no 88. They have a 3 puck special. It's good stuff too. Here's the link

Those three pucks are each quite tiny (25g), all together they tally up at less than the regular 90g puck from C&S.

That has nothing to do with the OP in regards to Speick. But Oglethorpe, you should get some C&S 88, you floozy!

Have someone send you a sample. The scent kept me from using it more than 1-2 times. You might feel the same way.

    Default Speick

Ah yes, Speick in a tube, great stuff. One of my favorites: it smells great and works great. I used it this morning, as a matter of fact. Great stuff.

Remember, It's not the size of the puck, but the lather you create with it.

Sorry, I just got up and I couldn't resist.....

    That's what she said.

As for the C&S, it's on my list. I'm running out of room in my den though. I need a bigger house.

Clear out the unneeded clutter to make room for more soaps:

    Deodorant? throw it out!

Toothbrush, toothpaste? Optional items at best.

Bottles of listerine, Scope, or other such mouthwashish items are far too bulky. Bin it!

Shampoo? Well, let's just say that as I progress through my 40's, this is becoming less and less of a needed item. Trash it!

Now then...there you go, plenty of space for your new soaps!

    What he said,

Ogie, Where are you in Jersey. I grew up in Jersey City, moved to Secaucus for a while, now I'm in Florida
