I don't know if it's the absolute cheapest, but I got mine at smallflower.com. They have a lot of cool stuff and have good CS.

After receiving a sample of their shave balm from "Joeman" in the mail, I bought the Shave Cream, Shave Balm, Shave Lotion, and Bath Soap. It's fair to say I like Speick. I bought all mine off Amazon. Smallflower has a good selection of Speick too.
I have to say my favorites are the Shave Balm and the Bath Soap. It has a wonderful scent to it. As Ogie said the lotion is good but fades rather quickly...I believe it's Witch Hazel Based, which is good. The balm lasts a bit longer. The Bath Soap has Tallow in it as does the Shave Cream I'm sure which is great for lather, moisture.
