My MWF is all but gone. How has the best price shipped these days?

SRD's usual price is good unless you can find a sale.

www.connaughtshaving.com has it in stock (I JUST CHECKED) for 4.90 GBP + 2.10 GBP shipping for a total of 7 GBP...that's right at $11, SHIPPED.

    Can't much beat that.

    Cool MFW

I have been using this soap for over a month now, and I was hooked immediatelly. The lather is easy to built up with a little water using a boar hair brush. I have read many reviews about this soap and I have not yet read anything negative about it. It will remain in my permanent rotation.

Ya MWF is the go to soap for me when other soaps or previous shaves have left me a little irritated, then this saves me, and restores my faith in wetshaving. I'm not sure what I would do without this stuff, smells very clean, super light scent, which is great and allows you to use any aftershave you want afterwards. I believe I paid 9 bucks shipped for it.

    cheers

    Default Michell's Wool Fat

    My dear Bassett,

I ordered my Michell's from Connaught Shaving in England. With shipping charges, my tab was about $11. Owner Paul Mayhew has good prices for everything and excellent service. I have ordered products from him many times.

    Regards,

    Obie

Im in England and it seems like well priced stuff. What does it smell like - is there any scent? I like something to get my sniffer going. I take it this is a tallow soap?

    Thanks

    Default Michell's Wool Fat

    My dear Scipio,

I have never used Michell's and cannot comment on the smell. From what I understand, it has a clean and fresh fragrance. I'll find out soon enough, when my shipment arrives.

I like Connaught. As I mentioned in an earlier post, owner Paul Mayhew has good prices and excellent service. I highly recommend him.

    Regards,

    Obie

Im a prorasso man mainly. I have some sandalwood Thiers Issard soap and some sandalwood GFT as well as AOS cream. They all last so long and Ive always been so satisfied with all (less so with the GFT) that Ive never felt the need to buy more....

However, the more I read on SRP the more I wish to explore what else is out there!

That Mitchell's Wool fat just sounds like a winner, has a ring to it that sounds like it would make for a great lather! I just like scents also.
