Maybe Terry wasn't too far off with the shackles idea. Let's shut down and erase this thread before a TSA person sees it and decides to implement the measure!

Thanked: 1You know, it's not the substances themselves that cause problems on the plane, it's the passengers - therefore, no passengers should be allowed.
Ban air travel: it's the only way to make it risk-free.

Ok, whoever's babysitting them. I'm not familiar with the more intricate parts of the US bureaucracy.

I would go crazy without at least a book to read. Damm.
I'm glad I can't afford to fly anywhere now..

I know. Relying on airplane movies to relieve boredom is like relying on a log with a paddle so cross an ocean. Most of my flights are 7-10 hours, so having a couple of books is a necessity.

make it happen. And the sheepel of the US
would simply shake their heads and meekly
comply. It's a good thing perhaps that you
didn't raise hell over the Trumpers. You could
have been arrested.
I read a couple years ago about this elderly man's
experience at an airport. The TSA agents keep
searching him. The third time this happened they
demanded to search his wallet. While going through
the contents of his wallet the man made the comment
" You better look close or you may overlook that rifle
that I have hidden in there" The man was immediatley
detained for several hours.
Another case - Husband and Wife along with their 2
year old son was going through security. The little
boy had asthma. He was too little to use a inhaler
so the parents had a small battery powered nebulizer
in case he had an attack. The TSA agents refused to allow
these people to board the plane with the nebulizer.
The nebulizer WAS an APPROVED item that could be
taken aboard a plane. Even though the parents pointed
this out and had proof to back up their claim - the TSA Jerks
refused to budge.
The insanity of it all.......

TSA = Take scissors Away...well it used to...now they just take everything away.
At least no one has stolen any of my straight razors out of my checked luggage yet...the day that happens is the day I get banned from flying after strangling some poor TSA agent.
