Nice looking kit you have. That Kaloderma tube sure looks different from what we get here in Canada.

Tried some Kaloderma this weekend--bought it from a small Rexall pharmacy attached to a medical clinic. Pretty good, and very cheap (free brush as well!).
The store I bought it in has fair selection of old school shaving products---Kaloderma, lots of Proraso (large Italian Canadian poplulation where I liv--every drug store and many small stores sell Proraso), Omega, Wilkinson Sword and a few others as well.
