I got home early enough from work to go for a run. Managed 5.5km.
Today's workout:
Four mile bike ride
Bench press 3x10
Cable Pull downs 2x10
Push-ups 3x15
Super mans 2x10
Russian twists 2x15, each side
Exercise bike, 10 minutes
The normal 30km ride this morning with the crew.
Rode the usual 39 miles to and from work.
Did a 10k run. Not as quick as Mondays but I'm carrying a niggle from that run.
10k in 1:01.
But for now running is a combination of weight dropping cv upping and putting miles on the legs. Speed will come when I start properly training.

Map My Run in my iPhone has overestimated by a mile, saying a 5 mile run is 6 miles.
