Upped weight for pushdowns
Back squat 100, 110, 120, 130 x 8
Straight leg deads 80, 90, 100, 110 x 8
Leg extensions 40, 50, 60, 70 x 8
Single leg curls 25, 25, 25, 25, x 8
Parallel bar dips body weight +15kg x8 x 4
Skull crushers 35kg x8 x4
Pushdowns 55, 60, 65, 70 x 8
Barbell bar curl 40kg x8 x4
Dumbell hammer curl 17.5kg x 8 x4
Dumbell incline curl 15kg x 8 x4
Made reps for squats, leg extensions, leg curls, dips and barbell curls . Will up weight for squats, leg extensions, leg curls and barbell curls next week.
A solid 39km this morning on a lifestyle estate called Monaghan Farm, with 560m of ascent.
Had to park our cars outside. :D
Today's workout was a 9 mile trail run. It was a beautiful morning for a run; much cooler than last week's run.
I have a trail half marathon coming up in five weeks. I feel good but need to get in some 10-12 mile runs before then.
