I've has very good intentions of getting up early and either running or cycling this week but 3 times I've set my alarm for 04:10 and 3 times I've reset it to 05:30 when its woken me up. :)
Nevermind, it's the weekend at last and I'm definitely doing the Parkrun tomorrow morning and I'm doing a 10km trail race on Saturday.
Oh, I bought myself a new trail vest this week that has 10lt of space and included 2 x soft plastic 600ml water bottles. Will be using it for any trail runs longer than 10km.
