I did 22 miles this morning on the bike before work.
I had set a goal of 400 miles for the month of August. I hit 390 on Thursday and had zero time to ride since then. I have to drive in to work tomorrow so this was my only chance to hit the goal.
Still at it.
Bodyweight days include a warmup, bodyline drills, and then bar pullups paired with ring dips, deep steups paired with one foot supported Lsits, and ring pushups paired with tuck front lever holds. Currently working on ankle mobility so I can do pistol squats, hip mobility for resting squats, and posterior chain flexibility and compression for Lsits.
9k on rowing days, focusing on keeping the heartrate in the steady state range. And I'm doing the same warmup and bodyline drills before I hop on the erg.
No rest days, but I am thinking about doing a stretching/mobility only day to give me a seven day rotation now that I'm heading back to work.
There is going to be a fitness challenge at work. Different types of workouts will be awarded points based on intensity so running, lifting heavy weights, circuit training are in a higher point group than walking, light weight lifting, etc. So, what exactly is circuit training and how is it different from weight training?
@ eddy79, from months earlier, not able to get plates over 25 lbs. More specific I think it was 45 lbs plate
Std 50 lbs plates. https://www.walmart.com/ip/20470515?...&wl13=&veh=sem
Just saying they exsist but there is still a huge gap between 25 and 50 where you would need a 35 lb plate and your forced to get Olympic bars.
