I did the usual 30km ride this morning with the Friday crew. A nice easy pace.

Swimmers press 2x10
Tricep bench dips 2x10
Front/side raises 2x10
Superman's 2x10 w/two second hold
Planks 30 secs, 45, 45
Russian twists 2x10 each side
39 miles to and from work.
Really dark this morning - and Thug is right - brighter lighting helps. Sadly I have been wearing a jacket in the morning now riding.

I was reading about rails to trails this week. There are far more bike trails converted from old railways in this country than I had thought. I actually thought of this thread when I was reading the article.
Yeah, they have special wheels that you can clip on your bike that fit train rails.
