Apart from growing some facial hair for Movember, I'm going to attempt a minimum of 20 exercises during November, starting tomorrow morning.
1st of the month and 1st workout....a 6.6km run.
Upped weight for both deads and dumbell rows
Dead lift 170, 180, 190, 200 kg x 5 @2min
Standing bent over barbell rows 80 kg x8 x4 @2min
Bench bent over db rows 42.5 kg x8 x4 @2min
Wide grip pull down 57.5 kg x 8 x 4 @1min
39 miles to and from work on the 1st.
Legged my steps ysterdsy, just to see how far I walk with out thinkinh about it( roughly 2 miles)
