Does watching my son run a 10K in downtown Cincinnati and Newport, Kentucky this morning count as exercise? His time was 46:33 - 609th out of 11,000+ runners/walkers. Really proud of him.
Tomorrow the weather is going to be really mild here so I am going to ride most of the day and skip the crowds at the stores.

The usual Friday ride this morning but this time I used my Singlespeed road bike (48x16).
Working most of tomorrow (exam invigilation), so will try and get an 8 - 10km run before work.

I went for a two mile trail run this evening. The weather was really nice.

Upped weight for both leg curls and pushdowns. Was unsure what to do about pushdowns as I was already on the full stack for the last set so just decided to work towards straight sets with the stack.
