I understand where you are coming from. I made the championship flight at our state archery tournament. Senior NAA class. I am guaranteed at least second place. There are only 2 of us. I probably should have just went with the Adult Male group where I could have more competition and reasonably expect 4th or 5th place.
Oh well, in my mind I will still be competing with them.
Rode from the tollgate to The Club in the fastest time I've ever done, did two hours of climbing and rode back to the tollgate in the second fastest time. All fuelled by just water, two bananas and a small can of sardines.
Now I'm enjoying a nice Irish apple cider.
I got hikes in yesterday, today, and hopefully tomorrow.
This evening I picked off my first two ticks of 2015.:td
Ticks breath thru there body,a dab of axle grease or valsilne will make them back out.
3 times in my immediate family and one close friend have gotten Lymes and in none of the cases has the tick been found. It's the dang little ones that get you.
From last weeks leg day.

I had a fitness evaluation this morning. It consisted of a body composition scan, VO2 max test on a bike, push ups, plank, and sit & reach. I'm really tired and a little embarrassed by the results. My next session will be getting my exercise plan and instruction. Here's to improvement.:beer1:
