My goal for the summer is to do the full marathon in under 3h.
To achieve that I'm now doing six runs a week.
1 long (+2,5 hours), one or two interval sessions and three to four regular runs on about 1 to 1,5 hours.
I still need to run most of my runs on a threadmill, my crushed foot is still not quite ready for all hard surfaces.
The good thing with that is that I get to catch up on all the series I'm watching on netflix/hbo:)
I've started to use Hoka One One running shoes and that has helped me get out more. Real smooth runners with extreme cushioning for all us oldtimers/damaged runners:)
